Dr. Jennifer Lynne Bath has served as the president and chief executive officer of ImmunoPreciseAntibodies (IPA), an AI-driven biotherapeutics company located in Austin, Texas, since 2018. Her responsibilities in this position involve complete oversight of corporate transformation and strategy. Dr. Jennifer Lynne Bath also directs acquisitions and integrations for numerous international subsidiaries.
Dr. Bath balances her leadership activities at IPA with her position as the chairman of the board at BioStrand, an IPA subsidiary using machine learning to revolutionize the drug discovery industry. Before joining IPA, she spent nearly a decade in leadership roles such as director of client relations and global director at Aldevron and managing director of CC Global Vaccine Institute in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Dr. Bath holds a doctor of philosophy in cellular and molecular biology. She studied prevention methods for tropical diseases, particularly those that impact children and people in developing nations. During her time as a student, she joined the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society and received the German-American Fulbright Scholarship Award.
